At Spray Components, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and safely. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle and process your orders.

1. Shipping Within Australia

We offer standard shipping across Australia. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and carrier delays.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our products are available for delivery within Australia only.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through our carrier’s website.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at info@spraycomponents.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve any issues.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a residential or business address for your delivery.

7. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at info@silvanaust.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@spraycomponents.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
